Our aluminum composite signs are made with either a 3mm aluminum (1/8" thick) or 6mm aluminum (¼' thick) sign. This material has a plastic core with aluminum on the faces that will not rust. We apply a UV laminated gloss vinyl graphics on the faces for an outdoor sign that will last 5 plus years outdoors in our climate.
